We maintain a minimum $1 million liability insurance policy, a healthy financial profile, and state licensing when required. (A recent straw poll with some of our preferred partners determined that 9 out of 10 roofing contractors can’t pass a basic background or financial check).
PREFERRED SCHEDULING
If your client’s home has a leaking roof, storm damage, or other roof issues, they move to the front of the line for service. We guarantee an inspection appointment with 48 hours, and if necessary, fast response emergency service.
PREFERRED PRICING
Thanks to the increased sales volume afforded us by our preferred partner relationships, we can offer an additional 10% discount off our already great pricing.
ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
Every roof we repair or build includes a free re-inspection during the warranty period.

We maintain the highest roofing contractor certification in the industry – GAF Master Elite Certification. Only 2% of roofing contractors qualify for this certification (read more here); we maintain those standards because it’s important to be recognized as the best, by the best. All our roofers are certified by, or directly and continuously supervised by, a certified roofing contractor.

GAF Master Elite Certification is a factory certification program offered by the leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing materials in America, General Aniline & Film (GAF). This certification provides ongoing training to roofing contractors and assurance to homeowners that the roof will be completed professionally. To qualify for GAF Master Elite Certification, roofing contractors must meet a certain set of criteria, including having an A+ BBB rating, possessing an established license for the state they are working in, being current with distributor partners in receivables, having been in business for at least 3 years, consistently showing ethical contracting in their service area, being adequately insured, and showing a commitment to ongoing professional training.
